Human-in-the-loop
Nothing reaches your client without your review. The assistant drafts; you stay the final authority on every output.
Your client data is sensitive, and we treat it that way. This page explains in plain English how the assistant works with your information — and, just as importantly, what it never does. No jargon, no fine print designed to be skipped.
Nothing reaches your client without your review. The assistant drafts; you stay the final authority on every output.
Totals are computed deterministically, outside the AI. The numbers are confirmed correct before a single word is written.
Every briefing carries your firm's name, colors, and voice. The assistant is invisible infrastructure behind your work.
The file you forward is automatically and permanently deleted as soon as your briefing is produced — we never store your clients' transaction-level details. We may keep de-identified monthly totals (no names, no transactions) for up to 18 months for year-over-year comparisons, and you can have everything deleted immediately on request.
When you become a client, a formal data agreement is provided that sets out how your information is handled, stored, and retained. It is shared and reviewed as part of onboarding — before any of your client data is processed.
No real-time access to your books — you forward a CSV; we never connect into your accounting system.
No replacing your judgment — the assistant drafts, you decide what reaches a client.
No selling your data — your information is never sold or shared for marketing.
No training AI models on your client data — your data is not used to train or improve AI models.
In short: you forward a file, you review the output, and you stay in control of your client relationships and your data the whole way through.
